i love music with every part of my being- the happiest time for me is when i am onstage. Second favorite is practicing with the rest of the boys. Every spare second i have i am doing something with music.

A lot of my music is evil, about the sinister side of life. Sometimes it's about drinking too.

Matt Pike, definitely. We respect his style so much, and he plays with so much abandon and heart.

Our biggest challenge is finding a balance between family life and band life. We have kids, and we feel guilty if we don't spend as much time as we think we could with our kids, and instead use that time to practice, or play shows. Now that our kids are older, i think it has gotten easier on its own, as the kids actually tell us that they like our band. Any all-ages shows we play, the kids come with.

We would love to do "the band" for a living- be able to tour and play all over. We have been bugging all of the labels we can, and have been practicing more often, and playing as many shows as we can. We'll just have to get too good to be ignored.
