Biography:

We, The Glass Poets are 3 everyday, hard working, family folks whom have NEVER MET in person. Yet in just under 1 year we have become family. Douglas(Doo) lives in California, Michael lives in Alabama and Barbara(Bessie) lives in Florida. We share in the same passion and goals. To have our lyrics/songs land in the right hands in the music world. They hold a firm promise to each other to remain true to Our Lord, our families and each other. Honesty, trust and integrity is our bond. Most of our material is written via conference calls, emails etc. Once a solid lyrics base is set. One of them will lay down and accoustic track and Mike takes it from there. Every song has a piece of each of them in it.We use our home PC recording programs such as Tascam, Mixcraft, Majixs and Adobe to clean up the material as best as we can. We create our songs the best we can so as you can hear them and have an idea of how they were written to sound. If we never sell a song then so be it - it wasn't meant to be. But it will not sway us from doing what we love to do. Write original lyrics and original music scores. To date we have 3 self produced and self released Cd's: Spirits Of Adventure - This Is Me Lord and Stories Of Today & Gone Yesterdays.
