Dear mikal,
On behalf of ourselves and the staff of WWPT, I'd like to ask if you would be interested in playing a live concert at our media lab. We broadcast on 90.3 FM and also stream live on www.wwptfm.com. We reach the majority of Fairfield County, and parts of Long Island.
If you are interested in playing, we host a biweekly concert series, called Live From The Media Lab, which is also broadcast over WPKN Bridgeport. Past guests have included Mikey Wax, Rada, Town Hall and Somewhat Honest.
WWPT is run by Staples High School students, but don't take that the wrong way. Because we are a high school station, we are able to get the word out to more people in their teens and twenties, as that is our primary listening demographic. In addition, this year we were named the #2 High School radio station in the country by the Drury Awards.
