$outh $ide Ent. was founded in South Dallas by brothers Deondre & Deon West. What started as a local back ally rap group, has slowly progressed to a dominant force in the rap game today. After the brothers passing in September of '97, the label was turned over to Jan Clark aka "JC", and has since been known as $outh $ide/ 6'0 Ent. as of mid 2008.
