Biography:

DEAD ADMIRAL is a word play between Red Admiral - the name of a lovely migratory butterfly (Vanessa Atalanta in Latin) - and the easiest rhyme to "red" that came to mind.

I chose this alias to sign the ensemble of my musical concoctions whose publication constitutes a kind of auto da fe, and I hope it will be appreciated for just what it is. An artist's vocation is not to create only beauty, but to also reveal the "other" side of the human soul, that which may cause discomfort, fear or even aversion. But what is "not pretty" is not necessarily ugly, what is "not good" is not bad by default; on the contrary, by putting concepts and emotions to test, it may help rebuild the image of the world from the start.

Who knows - if one travels along without prejudice, the road can lead to interesting destinations. All one has to do is suspect the covert connotations and follow the tracks. The route has no guide, only secrets.
